What's the best of learning a CMS or Framework? or which one should a beginner start with and how can I go about the first steps?
97.
by shire 12y ago
that would be very confusing to understand for a beginner. PHP you can write <?php echo "Hello world" ?> right in a html file and see it just by refreshing the page.

No reason to down vote because I prefer PHP for web development. In python you have to learn an entire framework just to do web stuff. PHP everything is right there is that simple.

Python for web development is confusing as a beginner. I would go with PHP since everything is not magic and you can see things right away.

First time reading this story would be nice if someone can explain the takeaway from this? It's a very deep story but trying to rationalize the meaning or concept behind the idea of this story. Thanks:)

Open up one of those coding bootcamps like codefellows.org or some hacker school for younger students. A lot of good money in it but you'll also be helping tons of people.
