you could have just said friends. Anyway best way is through hobbies and common interests. If you have some interests which could be shared with people then find online groups first and gradually see if they have real life events. Don'

As someone without 3D experience who's done 3D modelling I can tell you drawing 2D sprites is way more difficult, I rather do 3D modelling than that so if anything it makes the development harder. But cool concept anyway.

Sounds like literally every office I've been in. Only thing we can do is start prioritising remote only companies to the point of employers seeing that they lose good talent if they don't go remote
