I've been using Flot a while after getting the hump about JS charting SDKs last week. A clever person I work with has ported Flot to YUI ( http://github.com/bluesmoon/flot/tree/master ). I have to say I particularly like it, and I think we

You are testing from Europe somewhere by the look of it. Many people have scattered servers now. It would be good to be able to test from non-European locations.

That's not really good enough. It's unacceptable to let random members of the public use your services to "test" someone else's site. It's bad form let alone the breach of the ToS on 90% of sites.

Nocturne uses a feature of Mac OSX to help with the screen inversion. It might be possible on windows but I've not seen it. You can actually screen invert on Macs without Nocturne using the universal access (accessibility ) preferences, but

I start by cleaning code a lot. I've found that often it's better to make the code more legible (indenting, IDE, etc) than just trying to parsing it without. I would say unless the code is already in great shape normally tidying it up a bit

Much of the incoming migrant workers are from places like Britain, or India. These people have excellent educations. It seems nuts that the U.S sets hard limits on such people entering the country. I struggle to see how a country who outsou

OpenID actually has support for extensions that can allow you to require additional requirements of the AP (authorizing party). This means a bank could, for example, ask for multi-factor authentication from the AP. I doubt banks will accept

Unless Twitter change their rate limiting model it makes sense to be be read-only still. This allows you to tap into the 100reqs/hr Twitter allocates to users rather than using up the IP rate limiting for generic requests.

Well Twitter only has 2 modes, public and protected. An app can access anything public through the existing API anyway without authentication. The only difference here is that you can allow apps your trust to access your private data (or fu

I should say it's 30 "units"/day not 10k requests. Depending on the number of results you get back. For all on-peak requests that would be a maximum of 10k search requests. Off-peak it would be 30k search requests. If you needed more result

This headline is typically misleading. The first 10k requests a day are free. Previously it was 5k. Once you pass that threshold (it's not that low) it starts being charged according to your use. I'd love to hear feedback on what people t
