It's easier to do on contracting. Been doing it for almost 3 years now and won't change it back. However, I have seen plenty of my friends who does the same who are employed full time, even some who work in the offices physically.

Yeah, had a friend who always complained about this machine. I personally finally found Thinkpad T14 to work properly with no issues with 4 hours of battery life on Ubuntu(Regolith) out ot the box. Only issues with this model for me is that

I have a huge dislike to ActiveRecord because its high abuse rate. Beginners will most certainly will have highly inefficient start with it. There are others in Ruby world which needs more praise such as Sequel and ROM(which is what Hanami
