Whatever is available online or anywhere public is fair game, as long as it's not gained by hacking the professors computer or something along those lines (and not used DURING the test). That's just my opinion.

$19/month gets me 2-3 dealers competing, and $49/month gets me 3-5 dealers competing. I think, at the very least, the 2 values should not have a chance of being equal. The $19/month agreement gets a better deal even, because 1/2 the time

Tried wifi tethering and it worked. Although at first it didn't...so I went into settings changed some settings around and then back to how they were at first and hit 'done' and it worked. Sorry for the non-technical explanation but that
