I had a different take from reading the article. For one, a human driver would know they’ve been blinded by a laser (or something) and probably hit the breaks. Thus, you could say the human driver is acutely aware that something exceptional

I've been using a Garmin Instinct for a few years, and it's never let me down. It has a monochrome display that is not affected by sunlight with incredible battery life even when using the GPS. It's also tough as a brick
