Personally, I'm waiting for it to release before jumping to conclusions. It's possible it's weighted so this isn't an issue, or the magnet is just strong enough to hold it in place but make it easy to pick up. Apple'

The WFH is a huge part. Just moved from a tiny 1 bed near downtown LA to a 3 bed place in Chicago with lower rent. My girlfriend and I both get our own offices, we have a yard, and enough places that are half open nearby that we're pre

I don't think every startup CEO is falsifying bank statements to show millions more in income to their own finance department and investors than they actually have.

Yup, I lived in Chicago only a mile from the Lakeshore Bike Path and almost never used it after a few run ins with distracted drivers and almost being hit. I use my (not Peloton) stationary and Peloton Digital all the time though.

I have to imagine the percentage of people that can, let alone will, use a web browser attached to their TV is <1%. I don't blame Apple for not putting effort into it.

Amusingly, it is not launching for Harvard students this time around. The campus list seems very odd and scattershot.

What subreddits do you frequent? I've yet to find any that match HN's comments and content, but I haven't tried super hard.

Is it weird that 3 tech companies (Palantir, Corsair, AirBnB) are IPOing or starting the process to IPO at the same time?

Are they not able to set their own prices/minimums? I just had a notification pop up this week at the airport that the nearby drivers were charging more and I'd need to accept a surge price or wait longer. I'm not sure if thi

In the US, EVs and hybrids will be required (I'm unclear on the details from the articles I've seen though) to emit artificial noise under 18.6 mph by Sept 2020, and in the EU, under 15 mph by July 2021. [0] Hopefully that will he
