Agreed. It feels like fitting pre-cut puzzle pieces. Reading code/documentation has become the most important skill. The amount of working software engineers who don't understand basic things like paging or the TCP/IP protoco

And? Isn't overpopulation a major concern? Why would you want higher birthrates? Already there exist more people than required for jobs in the economy.

I'll have to thank you for contributing to my childhood memories I guess. Used to play DBZ Mugen edition with my brother for hours.

It's hard to do anything with broad interests. Maybe start a podcast? People with wide interests can do well investing if you read up on that and keep all the other stuff going. Or you could get a main job and do the intellectual stuff

Do core exercises. Develop muscular endurance in the spine. Do yoga or something that allows you to move your spine and stretch hip-flexors. Sitting in one place is endurance work. Mostly our body gives way before the mind does. You can app

I don't think it's nonsense at all. It sucks until you get used to it. After you get in the habit of it, the time available in a day feels almost doubled. And there's (I suppose) the benefit of working fasted which generally

That could end badly because you don't want to have too many gatekeepers. I should be allowed to not be part of a group and work as I see fit. Unions are hit-or-miss. Bad ones have too much petty politics and corruption and that's

It's a feel good sentence. Both pro-union and anti-union people can agree with it.

I was neglected and it has made things difficult for me. I learnt how to smile by practicing with a mirror and have no reference point for what a genuine relationship is. Never been hugged and still am terrified of getting touched affection

If you're a programmer I'd say Arch or Debian then configure as per your needs. As long as you don't do things blindly it will be very stable and blazing fast.

The linux community isn't a big fan of Canonical. Everyone starts with Ubuntu, distro hops, installs Debian or Arch configured according to them and tries to bring Ubuntu back from the dark side.

Windows with i5 or less plus HDD with about a year of use (which leads to bloat) is painfully slow.

DDPY also known as DDP Yoga. That's a very good system to lose fat. It helped me more than daily runs. And I was already in decent shape so I imagine it will work better for you. No impact, at home, and easy to follow instructions.

I agree. EPR states and Quantum teleportation gave us a reality check during our QC course. The university I come from did however teach linear algebra, ODEs and PDEs, etc as mandatory courses.

While I do get what you're trying to say, it has to be said that many CS people have been exposed to Quantum Physics. Quantum computing is an elective at every half-decent University. To think that programmers have zero understanding b

Or, if you don't like it, don't watch the channel or leave a dislike or comment why the claim is wrong. This isn't even a call to violence or targeted harassment. It's the opinion of a man about election results.

Not the point of the article but being a stock or nothing guy and saying there's no innovation is not very smart. Eg. Samsung's brand of Android has floating multi windows. Split-screen app pairings. There's also Samsung Dex.

I have met people who can't and people who won't. Also, a lot of people in their 50s and above aren't solving this.

The question is not about the general utility of business plans. It's about whether they're good for early stage startups. These kind of organisations need to move fast and try a lot of stuff in a short amount of time to see what

Quite frankly a lot of people in India and China don't even have the resources to generate emissions. ACs, Refrigerators, and cars are still unavailable to the lower middle class. Even the middle class can only have 2 out of those 3. A

Places where cars and motorcycles/scooters arrived at the same time have more people using motorcycles/scooters. They're cheaper, more fuel efficient, and easier to park.

I'm always impressed with how much risk they take from generation to generation. N64, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U, and Switch. GB, GBA, DS, 3DS, and Switch. All of them feel like a generational leap instead of the incremental improvement mode
