   Ok so, if we know the 1960+ tree ring data is bad, why do we continue to assume it was good before that point? What changed in 1960 that 'invalidates' the tree ring data?

   We deploy like this, and it looks like I cannot get to the source files in the way described. It appears that IIS is naively not serving up these file types. If I drop a plain html file in the .svn folder I can get to it, but any .svn-base
