More of the funding needs to go towards teacher salaries, in the first place. They start on $18 an hour here, you can make more in a call center with no responsibilities. Also, we spend a lot, however it's extremely unevenly distribute

It was illegal to privately own actual gold anywhere in the world as a US citizen between 1933 and 1975. That's absolutely an approach they could take.

Overwatch and Hearthstone have been hugely, hugely successful for Blizzard. The Diablo mobile game is going to be a license to print money too, PR snafus or not.

The recent electoral record in Louisiana doesn't exactly make it seem that high a priority for them.

Absolutely. Learning about microtones was an absolute game-changer in my mental appreciation of music.

Absolutely this. Working on something else entirely is often the best way to resolve difficult logic problems that I get stuck on. Just throw it on the "subconscious pile" and let my brain chew away on it in the background.

Scottish guy in the US here, I've had to train myself out of this habit here (still working on it). Not always well received in the South!

Coffee shops gets me 3 results in my city, coffee shop gets me 4 results with the closest 45 miles away. Totally useless.

Would people continue to use it if that happened? I feel like that would defeat some of the point of the service.

My address also kicks off this issue in Apple Maps. I live on XYZ Street, it will send you off to XYZ Road on the other end of the city. I never reported it as I just immediately went back to Google Maps, but I'll do that now, good sug

They did improve on this a couple of years ago by including some sandboxes with the standard tiers, but yeah, it's excessive.

I've wrestled with this. The only solution I've found to balance out these two conflicting ideas (justifiable outrage vs living my life) is to run for office myself.

I agree, that's a good point in many cases. Personally, I used my SE in combination with an iPad. The bigger phones made the tablet unnecessary, I can comfortable do what I need on my phone screen now.

Yeah, I moved from an SE to an 8+, then an XS Max. I love the new phones, but if they brought out a premium SE I'd swap to that in a second.

If you're asking for C with 4.5 hours of work (as per example above) that's fine if you're paying for their time. Cheaper than a bad hire, stops you missing out on good hires who think "fuck that".

I'd say MSN had the edge over AIM in Scotland too, although the populations overlapped heavily (i.e. most people I talked with had both).

I got the same question twice, answers that were right the first time (and obvious) weren't included the second time. Fun concept, though, it'd be interesting to play multiplayer.
