That's the problem with EvE, a lot of people famously use spreadsheets, and once you start coding your custom tools and get into automating stuff it just never ends. Very soon you're scraping all the markets storing everything in

I think you vastly overestimate "everyone else". I use Firefox and didn't even notice the change. So tabs don't have borders now, ok honestly whatever... Maybe try not to get hung up on these things and move on with life

Tesla is also far ahead in the software game. It will become more and more important as a way to differentiate EVs from the competition and younger generations are prioritizing software a lot higher in general. People are used to iOS &

Pure dread, when you have signed up for a new gig and open an existing code base for the first time. Starring at hundreds of unknown files and folder with no idea what anything is and how it all works. No going back, you're a new maint

In their charts, they showed it's about even (in performance, with much lower power consumption) with a laptop using a RTX 3080 (Mobile), which performs about as well as an RTX 3060-Ti / 3070 (Desktop). So that's pretty wild.

Don't you feel it makes you a bit more stupid? For me, as soon as it becomes a daily habit for more then 2 weeks, the negative sides start to outweigh the benefits. It really does mess with short term memory, they say an average person

Yes, luckily I was able to find the delete button :) WhatsApp was instant, only FB & Instagram took 30 days. But that's not a reason to not delete the accounts, isn't it? Just hit the button, remove the apps, and forget about

Yep go delete your WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram accounts now. Takes 10 minutes. No one truly needs them. Don't make excuses why you need them. In fact these apps only hurt you. So don't hesitate, just do it. It can feel uneasy, b

Wouldn't be so sure about that. Nicotine alone has problematic effects on the heart and vascular system, especially since the addictiveness leads to constant admission. Vaping isn't all that great delivery system either.

It definitely seems soccer is becoming more and more efficient. The games of the EM in particular feel like watching one brick wall against another, goals mostly happening by sheer brute force and stacking probabilities in ones favor. May b

The worst are always video game discussions. A studio releases a product they worked on for 5 years, with thousands of features and moving parts, and the comments are usually full of suggestions like: It's great, but I don't under

True, the APIs are usually top notch, but I really hope SwiftUI will get another revision or something. It looks good on paper, but you constantly run into things that are really weird, odd, and feel like hacks. State management is too comp

Yes please think about monetization next time!! All that attention is nice, but in the end you just gotta charge for your work, at least a little. We all just want to give away freebies, but success is hard to come by. These are rare opport

Is there any good solution to choosing the admin password? I always hear a strong password is recommended, but this becomes very annoying very fast since you have to type it in quite often, and password managers can't help you here.
