I wish Wikipedia would score their pages based on # of contributors and their past contribution histories, and flag the page at the top for the user if the score is too low. I tend to trust Wikipedia as a legitimate source, but if it can be

Going cell by cell in a backwards fashion seems to be a tedious way of checking for errors, and goes against your normal logical flow (forwards).

Can any of those other services give you ten minutes of free talk time without registering or downloading any software? Within 30 seconds from that link you can make a phone call, I don't think Skype or any other comparable services can do

What if core features of the app rely on the permissions? Is the onus on the app developer to build checks for permissions or on the user to realize the app isn't working the way it should because they disabled some permissions?

There is a valuation issue here - if you have # of customers x, price your product at y and make revenue z=x y, your valuation in future seed rounds will somewhat become based on revenue z. If revenue z is not pivotal to your runway, you mi

It is pretty, and probably looks great on Retina screens. I would be worried though (and would include a "light" theme) when displaying on TVs. Black levels on most low to midrange TVs are notoriously bad, and even worse in high light envir

I completely agree, and we as a society need to learn how to live in a world where a single tweet by an semi-influential figure can cause such a shit storm. How liable are people for actions resulting from a tweet? If someone famous snaps a

Smart move by SendGrid. The short term windfall for having ditched her is easier to swallow than having your brand name attached to this whole fiasco. After the DDoS attacks I am sure they lost paying customers, and as a startup they cannot

I think you should consider dropping the design part of the workflow - there are applications out there that are very good at this and it will be hard to compete there, and it is not part of your core product value. I believe the core value

Why is this a good time? User acquisition in this space is expensive, and I don't think eBay raising their sell side fees makes a huge difference in bringing in consumer traffic. Sellers still have to list on eBay due to sheer volume. eBay
