Cool, so this is basically reddit. Calling someone asshole is fine so long as as you feel your argument or superiority (or at least popular opinion) is sound.

The burden of proof is in the one making a claim. It's not a personal attack to question whether a quip if this sort was just an idle thought especially when their claim accompanied no evidence. Please be more factually accurate next

You get the same feeling as some of those alone in the high seas. Fear isn't being isolated, it is returning to people. Unfortunately even once you take on a family and the responsibility of children it's a memory you can't

It would only take once of being forced to arrest the struggling dad for late child support or one of the harmless homeless persons for vagrancy before sane persons would question their vocation.

Why bother. Just bring a dog. It can't testify in court and your interspecies hearsay about its thoughts are the rubber stamp for a warrant and RAS. Good fucking luck cross examining a dog.

About everywhere I've lived police will absolutely arrest and book upon probable cause of criminal DV and they're often required to by law or policy. Yes we should absolutely consider pretrial detention. In my state refer to ARS 1

FWIW those DV TPO are handed out like candy and not evidence of anything. David Letterman had one for bit because a lady (he didn't know, in a different state) accused him of sending her secret abusive messages through his TV program.
