I’ve never used one of the source control systems at these big companies but I use the staging area along with your git-branchless just fine for now. I’m not sure if it’s any less efficient this way.

We were talking about scrubbing. For heating, lots of carcinogenic compounds are released during the process of seasoning, and I don't see why the same wouldn't continue to happen at high heats afterwards(happy to be corrected).

Think about it. Software like Plato downloads papers from around the web. If the environment around software (i.e the web) changes, software without updates bitrots.
