I really appreciate the comment. If you think about ROI for each individual customer, it's really tough to calculate that in Google Analytics. Say you have a SaaS product and customer X sticks around for 2 months and customer Y spends

Big congrats to Ross. It's very impressive to build a company to $1MM in a year. I wish we heard more stories like this. It's far more interesting to me than reading about Xero raising a bunch of money.
