It doesn't scroll to the top of the page when you tap the status bar. Hate when apps neglect to do that.

Riiiight. I guess that makes sense if one disregards the fact that the iPhone OS is by no means a standard in the cell phone arena. There is plenty of competition out there, unlike there was for x86, which would be a pillar for an antitrust

I have little interest in CSS3 or buttons to be honest, but appreciate the love for the details here. The detailed breakdown made me smile.

I would never have found this and appreciate you posting it. Fascinating, though I hope history will disagree with the message of this piece.

I'm pretty sure Paypal does have recurring payments. I think they call it a subscription payment.

Well to be quite honest it's a bit slow and the design is basically nonexistent right now. Stuff like this shouldn't occur: http://prmanna.com/requests/list/1 I dig the idea though, but getting people to respect it will be a challenge.

Does anyone know what kind of revenue Skribit is getting these days? It would be interesting to know how the business has done in the last year or so since he's graduated and worked on it full time.

Completely agree. I'd like to know how much they really need to actually sell these things for. iPod Touches go for, what, $500 less than an unlocked phone? This sucks. I'd love to have a 3G Android phone on ATT as well as my iPhone, just t

Looks like a garbage site updated every couple days with entertainment rubbish. And it has an auto-play video ad. Gosh, what a shame.

I disagree. The only Tumblr blogs I see are snippets usually consisting of artsy text-based graphics or camera phone pictures. And they don't allow comments. I just don't get it...

Forgive me, I read the article I just know little about BitTorrent. So people can still add torrents and they will work for others, it just uses a decentralized solution to find peers rather than asking TPB's tracker? So, nothing is really

I don't see the emphasis as a problem. The iPhone is a market leader and market leaders tend to get a lot of attention. Why should developers waste their time on other platforms if they aren't interested in them or don't feel there is enoug

Interesting reply. I have a couple of questions for you. 1. How do you get your clients? 2. Could you elaborate on "5-10k a year is much more common for niche apps with no marketing (what everyone seems to write)." I'm curious about your ap

My first reaction: "Well, I'm glad I don't work at a navigation software company today." Seems like a great product, would be fantastic if they port it to iPhone.
