I like remote work but literally the most successful banks are all in the office. Citadel never really left. Goldman Sachs was pretty quick back to RTO. JPM is probably the next successful bank. The ones that are most remote really are seco

The last few jobs I had all ran confluence for docs. I dont know why its so slow but does the main things you want. Any tips on docs that integrate with support tickets and maybe some AI would be great.

Right and how do you stop your wife and/or kids interupting you every 30 seconds? I also I have a huge backlog of tech books that I should work on because this career kinda requires it.

My first job was from an ad in the local paper, I sent a copy of my resume via mail with a covering letter and my home phone number. Also agents were actually useful, they were a hub where employers went to look for people and the agent had

> I kept my current title and only got a 3% pay increase. I've been working for nearly 30 years now. This is pretty standard. Talk to your friends who dont work in tech a 3% raise is pretty good.

Anyone have mechanical keyboards banned at work because of security risk? technically we aren't allowed to use them, but I can't use the $5 junk they provide us with. Its a real risk though I wonder how many offices enforce rules
