Depends on what you're looking for. Theres a lot more customizability in Hybris and Demandware. More advanced features and extensibility. The same can be said for Magento, Magentos issues always come down to performance.

Depends on the use case, small medium shops I think the shopify business plan covers everything, and once you've grown to want more, go with one of the big dogs. Hybris or Demandware.
