Hey! I'm leaving the US so the startup I'm working for is hiring a test engineer. The work is pretty interesting stuff across web and embedded. Do you mind if I pass your details on to the hiring manager?

Which cars can you buy with Level 3 self-driving in the US? What states allow Waymo Level 3+ driving? Yes I can get around the SF Finance District if I sign up to be a beta tester with Waymo, and they do run in Pheonix, but Mercedes has ful

You're right per capita, but as a total market the EU is larger.

The EU has a higher GDP than the US (albeit they're very close). A lot of strong engineering comes out of Europe, for example Arm or the self-driving work by Mercedes.

Have you ever been to Tokyo? One of the largest cities in the world yet has way way lower robberies/homicides than US cities.

I use it to my advantage - if I'm remote working for the Bay Area I can double my local salary but still be significantly lower than a Bay Area local.

To be fair the build quality of a $200 Chromebook is pretty rubbish. The pixel is probably on par with Macbooks in terms of build quality but again that's so expensive you may as well get a macbook air.

Did they actually charge though? I remember hearing about that but it's been my sole method of messaging for years and I never remember setting up payments with them

The NHS is the sixth largest organisation by employee-count in the world . At some point I think we have to address the elephant in the room that throwing money at it won't fix it, and we should look to other European countries that h

It’s almost a habit to buy the big AAA games for me - I’ve bought every AC since the first one and probably will do even if I don’t enjoy them now they’re open world RPG collection simulators. Same with CoD not being as fun as the original

You could use a ConstitutionalChain with langchain to say it’s allowed to make vulgar responses? I’ve seen people demo bad things with it and then used it to make it good, so I assume you could leave it as the bad thing :P

How is it that cheap?! I ran three queries on langchain yesterday with two ConstitionalPrompts and it cost $0.22 - made me realize deploying my project for cheap could be expensive quick.
