I may be misremembering but if I recall correctly SpaceX hasn't had a failure in a launch abort test. Only in a static firing test (in regards to dragon 2).

Not sure exactly how rideshare prices are calculated but say you're picking someone up on a street -- you could potentially make a fake traffic jam on the street so that the app would calculate a longer route and hence pay you more.

I would say that at least one dinosaur looking dinosaur (the crocodile) survived. Although you could argue how much crocodile looks like a dinosaur. Personally they look pretty dinosaur-esque to me.
