that would be sad :( At least S/MIME is underrated given the wide support in MUAs (see http://smime.io ) but most CAs break the ux.

No, it's not. WoSign, StartSSL and iirc Comodo create the private key in your browser. This functionality is afaik around since Netscape's first SSL-enabled browser and originally intended for client-side-certificates. Today it&#x

I wonder why they didn't create intermediate CAs by usage type. Most CAs have different intermediates for, e.g. TLS/SSL (one each for DV, OV, EV), CodeSigning, S/MIME, TimeStamp…

I wish they had opted to use S/MIME, because of the wide support in MUA and because it's relatively easy use even for non geeks. Some time ago I started collecting support of S/MIME in products and companies: https:/&#x

I'm really exited to see which business model will be chosen to get a ROI. Docker is very popular but since most existing enterprise vendors adopt or integrate it, I'm not yet convinced that Docker Inc has some unique assets to ma

AFAIK the big problem without a case is Wifi/BT (and maybe an RTC) - that said if the vendors would at least get an class B certification for one pcb+case combination they could probably improve OEM shipments. Some commenters say the R

Usually it's quite easy to pass this (a single vendor) - you just need to get verified by a WebTrust recognized company (E&Y or some other bookkeeping company) and be able to convince the vendor (the process is pretty much the same
