This app has been purportedly ready for 10 months and was just waiting for the "politics" to be worked out between Apple and Hulu.[1] Now that it's here, I wonder if the sticking point was Apple's cut of any new subscriptions. If you start

How do sites like Gizmodo and Lifehacker get away with these posts? I know they're not illegal per se, but surely their corporate parent must frown upon them? Since both sites publish 99% worthwhile content (at least to their target audienc

Dropbox can auto-backup photos on iOS? That's news to me. I know they released something like that for Android, but I'm not seeing it anywhere in the iPhone app. How do I enable that?

Very surprised to read this nugget. I had no idea Verizon was so culpable in Palm's implosion. >Just look at the tragic story of Palm, which went from darling of CES 2009 to legendary failure in just 31 short months. The company initial

Is it any different than going through all your friends' pages one-by-one? If it matched it with outside data (like Foursquare to see how often or when single friends go to bars or even identify which ones at which times), that would defini

I disagree that Twitter's official iPhone client is "bad." You may like Tweetbot more, but I am a power user who actually prefers the official client. It's not a question of good vs. bad, it's more like good vs. better (where better is a pe

Indeed. I downloaded it to try it out, and it is very interesting, but there's no way I'm going to even think about really using it until I have the option to set it as the default browser.

You're not the only one. I finally gave in and let iTunes start managing my files for me about 2 years ago - it's one of the best computing decisions I've ever made. If you're still manually managing your music files' folder structure, I st
