It's... kinda madness. Just to be clear that we're talking about the same thing, here's the proposed process as I understand it: 1) load your loader script, which has the URLs, fingerprints of the scripts you want to run, and

The vast majority of projects on github also do not pay. The two major features you pay for on github are larger repositories, and private repositories. The free offering is good enough for almost all open source projects.

Say I've got two groups of people and we all want to get dinner together. We agree on 7pm. I call up the restaurant, and they say that they don't have a reservation at 7 but they do have reservations at 6 and 9:30. I then need to

Also many (but not all) characters have had their competence, intelligence, and in general their power level increased significantly (so that the story stays interesting, given that Harry's intelligence has been greatly boosted too).

I get that "Free software" means more than "open source" and I appreciate that the difference is meaningful and significant. I haven't heard an argument for "GNU/Linux" that's any more than "

An SQL query can do just about anything, it'll do it right next to the data, and a lot of time and effort has gone into making that fast. For an app with data up to a certain size and usage, I'd totally go with SQL for all of the reasons yo
