Except generatedata has a 200 record limit. Luckily it's open source, so if you can host a PHP app you can bump it up to whatever you like. I did this a few weeks ago (bumped the limit up to 10000): https://github.com/rgarcia/generatedata

You can define a requirejs module that just consists of data: http://requirejs.org/docs/api.html#defsimple . Then in your app incantation (main.js for requirejs stuff), load this module and pass it to your app instance. If you feel weird a

Nit: Client side JS has no module system. Check out requirejs: http://requirejs.org/ I've used it to handle both server-side (node) and client-side module systems, and it's been great.

I guess I meant the de facto definition. Literally every attempt at a public financing bill/amendment I've seen in Congress has the express purpose of precluding direct corporate financing[1]. Also, I was not arguing whether or not any of

I don't understand your point--wouldn't public financing of elections remove the need to hold fundraisers? The problem as I see it is that representatives are forced (due to the exorbitant cost of campaigning) to win over wealthy interests.

I agree with your point, but I think directing it at the White House program is somewhat harsh. Judging by its description[1], it seems to me more like a program to alleviate the problem of frictional unemployment[2] (something that even th

These are cool, but how much is automatically done for you by the compiler? For example, if I changed all of my calls to min(x,y) with r = y + ((x - y) & ((x - y) >> (sizeof(int) * CHAR_BIT - 1))); // min(x, y) my code would qui

The majority of short-term market participants have deemed Zynga's two-day prospects to be poor, and correctly so. The factors that influence them, for the most part, are very different than the factors that long-term investors look at/care

In all likelihood most of the fund managers involved have investment horizons longer than the two days that ZNGA has been trading, so declaring them in error seems incredibly premature.

I could see GitHub adding this in the future, e.g. instead of simply voting on/+1ing an issue, let people attach bounties. Is there proof, though, that this is something people want? It seems like Kickstarter has the "funding for big projec
