I like whatsapp a lot, personally. The stickers aren't as good as Telegram, though.

Would you agree that 2020-2021 was a more interesting period of time than 2018-2019?

I don't know your background, but be careful ramping up long distance running too soon. Especially if you're running on concrete. It feels good till it doesn't lol

When I owned a car in SF, I always put a visible sign that said 'please don't break in' on it. One of the reasons I decided to sell that car was the daily anxiety of it getting broken into.

Tangentially related. I have fairly unorganized folder with a ton of markdown journal entries, notes, observations, shopping lists, etc. I would like to go through organizing, archiving, and editing these entries. Has anyone done something

I don't blog, but writing in general has helped me immensely. A lot of people think writing is grammar and spelling. Try writing to evoke a reaction from other people, e.g., strangers, loved ones, friends. For example, try to write s

The moment I start seeing the Greek symbols my brain turns off. But I’m super interested in game theory and this concept. Than someone dumb this paper down for people like me?

One thing I like about crypto is you can simulate economics experiments with funny money online. Ponzi Scheme? There are plenty of these going on. Want to investigate Harberger's triangle/deadweight tax loss? Create a small game.

I’m confused by this, how are you supposed to communicate a precise agenda in a hashtag? The movement has to do with systemic racism in America. Think of BLM like a “hook” in writing. Isn’t it interesting that a statement of an obvious fact

Not necessarily IMO. Wealth is a function of assets, liabilities, income, and other factors. There are plenty of people with high salaries who I wouldn’t consider wealthy by any stretch.

Not surprised, it's like paid advertising. Seems like an easy way to get some eyeballs on your new product/service. I hope HN doesn't go the way of reddit, though. I know it's inevitable once there's enough money in

I think it makes sense to have people available for regular hours, just so that if I ask someone a question I can expect a response today-ish. But, I agree that a lot of meetings should be emails, teambuilding events are usually poorly done

I agree with your premise and doubt that adding NFTs into the mix will do anything to prevent counterfeits. I don’t buy fancy handbags, but I have read that counterfeits are often made of higher quality material than luxury brands. So, the

Don't forget parking! I don't own a car and I agree 100%. I live in a city, though, so it's pretty easy for me to get groceries, go out, stay fit, etc. I guess my experience of suburbia is the sprawl associated with florida,

As a single man, I would personally be miserable if I lived in the suburbs without a car. Maybe we have very different ideas of what suburban means, but I have a few questions: How are they meeting new people? I've never seen a suburb
