I've enjoyed this drink for many years without getting tired of it. It's not for every meal of the day but it can replace a meal in a pinch. I've never tried Soylent but I'm sure anything could get tiring if overused. By

We were talking about saving time, not dieting. Actually this type of shake with some added protein powder is ideal for weight gain during strength training. Typically I couldn't finish such a big serving without some exercise to build

In my experience the symptoms start just a few hours after a missed daily dose. That was on one cup a day from a Moka pot. I've since cut back to 2-3 times a week. If I regularly skip days it doesn't seem to be as habit forming.

Anecdotally, I've found most people who don't experience withdrawal never cease consuming coffee long enough. People who drank enormous amounts daily and suddenly quit tend to experience severe withdrawal symptoms.

The video and research highlights imply that 2 or more cups a day is more beneficial but personally I feel the dependency created by such large amounts of caffeine would outweigh the benefits. Even at one cup a day an interruption such as t

Does the conclusion boil down to "use functional programming"? The author doesn't specify the way data or functions are encapsulated in the final figure. But my gut reaction is that this describes FP better than OO or any oth

Don't you have to deal with Metro when the control panel applet or app you need is Metro-style? I have to see that screen when I hit the Super key to search for an application by name.

I don't think some modern engineers would be successful back then because today many rely on the abundance of online resources, code schools, and such. I was only 2 at that time but when I learned programming on an Apple II+ a few year
