Waterloo is far better then Toronto in terms of startups and tech talent. Toronto is riding our coat tails :) Worth mentioning that Waterloo has the world's largest startup incubator/accelerator (physical space wise) via Velocity.

Not really. It happens to be that most 'image viewing' tech like this is bundled with the hardware hospitals buy. Example: If you buy a GE/Fuji/etc PACS your usually stuck with their image viewer.

Admirable case study. Seriously, this takes a lot of courage and discipline to pull off. Kudos to the management team! However I'm really beginning to doubt the legitimacy of the claim that Email is the root of the productivity drain.

What's wrong with getters and setters? It's just redundant code. Most of the time developers don't actually need to override the basic get/set operation on a variable. Yet you have to write the get/set methods over

This is totally worth the cost. I started manually trying to post to all those sites and it's just not worth it for me. Too time consuming. 50$ is pretty cheap. Great job
