It seems that these topics are created by scraping Wikipedia article titles. For instance, try typing "List of people".

Nothing is however said about how the errors are detected. Can an ML expert chime in?

Thank you for the explanation. I'm looking forward to M-Stream for multi-dimensional data - but I have one question for that. Is there some preferred approach for selecting features in multi-dimensional anomaly detection? Because I won

Nice! I like there's a ready-to-use command line utility. I think it'd benefit from a refactor to actually allow real-time streaming from stdin. Do you have any hints how to choose timestamp units and how that affects parameters I

Apparently it didn't take long for an example to appear: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=22725529 Based on name you'd think this library is for fuzzing? No, it's for fuzzy string matching. A "y"

Kind of tangential, but even here on HN you can see how awkward people get with naming their projects/products. Either "stealing" an already established name from a completely different field or something so generic it's

In 2012 OpenStreetMap switched from CC-BY-SA to Open Database Licence. I think the most important is the provision that "produced works" need only to attribute the authors, and if you don't modify the source database then the

This will work for simple equations, for more complex ones you will run into the curse of dimensionality. That's why MC was invented in the first place by Stanisław Ulam et al.

Yes, obviously doses this high are prescription only. Should have mentioned that. Guess I have to trust my doctor, who mentioned this is a saturation dose, and later on I will switch to lower doses available over-the-counter.

Consider checking your D3 vitamin metabolite levels in blood. I had trouble falling asleep, had single digits of 25(OH) D3 concentration (The norm is 20+ ng/ml). For now I was prescribed 20k IU of vitamin D3 twice a week. Other things

Moving personal computing to ARM is going to enslave us, the end users. The temptation for the OEMs to lock everything down and integrate all components into non-extensible hardware is too strong.

Due to ODbL licence they can't mix OSM data directly with other data. Apple does use OSM data, but only in some countries (Belarus for example IIRC), as allowed by https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/C

OSM source data is not the same thing as infrastructure owned by OSM Foundation. You can self host maps based on OSM with much flexibility (Though Mapbox is easier to use and now has easy-to-grasp pricing that also doesn't discriminate
