That's good statistics, and probably explains generic nastygram data quite well. However, my non-data-backed bet is that males are much more likely to send sexually harassing messages than females, so even in an environment with 50%

What about Henry Ford? Capitalist ideology in general, or something relevant to maternity leaves? Your Vancouver companies story just shows why such benefits must be mandated. Then "shittiest developers" wouldn't be a problem

I'm not very familiar with mandated maternity leave rules in the US, but I believe it's less generous than in other developed countries, similar to how vacation time is not mandated in the US. For reference, mandated minimum in th

Your point, as I understood it, was that jailing children for children pornography is an exception from normal routine because US has strange views on sex. My point is that US views on privacy ("nothing to hide") are also strange

And how is this "everyone can be in prison if we want it" attitude any good? That's a huge enabler of selective enforcement and limitless corruption.

That free tier is quite generous – worth about $140/mo if you were to exceed it by the amount of free allowance. Need to be careful if you rely on it being free, and then grow.

AFAIK such a system is not uncommon, e.g. Australia and NZ also have it Canada-style, but the required $ amounts in their programs are much higher. Investing in a Canadian company is also an option to get residence.
