For the purpose of losing weight it really doesn't matter if the calorie counts are accurate or not: consistency is what is important. If you want to lose weight reliably, track your weight and your caloric intake consistently . If y

I work from home with a 3 year old and ~6 month old (and my wife) in the house. It's not a problem. The three year old knows that when I'm in basement it's off limits and she respects that. It's great to be able to go

I own and enjoy kettlebells but I didn't actually start getting a lot stronger until I started barbell training. As you mention kettlebells are fantastic for conditioning but are not the best tools for getting stronger because you ca

You will find quite a few beginner programs that you can make tremendous progress on. Some of the most popular are Starting Strength[1], Strong Lifts 5x5[2], and Ice Cream Fitness (ICF)[3]. Anything with progressive overload/linear pr

The url of this article and the titles of other uses the word "scammed" which is unfortunate since they don't seem to have done anything of the sort.

At the risk of asking a stupid question...why can't you?!? If it's kids who are the problem, just lock the door.

I work from home with a 3 year old and 4 month old. It really hasn't been an issue for me. As long as you have a place where you can close the door[1] it's fine and it's really nice to be able to see the kids during lunch&#

It does get that busy occasionally. Primarily during Winterlude[1] which is an annual outdoor festival that attracts large crowds. You're right, the primary use is undoubtedly recreational because frankly it's not a great way to c

I was wondering what you do when say record 1001 gets deleted...your second query will only return 9 rows. It's explained in your linked slides that LIMIT is ok, it's the offset that you need to worry about so your query looks lik

6000 is a crazy amount of calories! Not surprised you packed on a huge amount of body fat. Sounds like you have done your homework though. There's no harm in getting tested so I would talk to your doctor.

Are you sure you're eating enough? Have your lifts been going up? Before searching out testosterone I would try a beginners lifting program (meaning linear programming, where your lifts go up every workout) and eating a lot (3000-400
