Wondering from where it comes the optimism in this thread for this ban. Ive traveled to more than 40 countries, and lived for some time in 5, all of them with public prison monopolies. In all of them the prison systems turn to be terrible.

I tried to use FF, but Im really used to the Chrome experience. Brave is literally the same experience (maybe the only difference that I notice is the height of the tabs, which seems to be a little smaller than Chrome). I dont use Chrome be

Since Brave is usually roasted around here, I just want to say thanks to the devs. I'm a Brave user and the experience is fantastic. Two things: I was a Chrome user for many years, so switching to Brave was not traumatic at all (same u

This is a very similar experience that I had my 8 yo kid, though its not something that exclusive of Roblox. Same thing happened with Nintendo Switch, Minecraft and Youtube.

If Peterson is not of your like, you could still take a look at some of the papers and studies referenced in the article from credible sources[1][2], before drawing conclusions from an unrelated subject (whether or not he read the Communist

My point since the beginning of this thread was to reflect that sorting terrorist attacks by extreme ideology flavours is not something infind particularly appropriate. That was not the point why i linked it originally, but just to expand o

Wow, so much downvoting for just stating an obvious thing, that extremism is a bad thing, no matter the ideology behind it. On topic, I can't talk about 2018 because I dont have hard facts about it, but from 1992 through August 12, 201

Newspapers shouldnt think if a particular opinion provides "a gain" or not, even if most of the times they act following that principle. Other than that, I dont see a specific support for coups on some of the extracts mentioned in

I can have a vote, but government will still force me to pay tributes at gunpoint. On the other hand, im not forced to buy most of private goods. At the end, the evil organizations are those that became monopolies, no matter if it is publ

Mainly because most governments around the globe have the monopoly of public force, creating the perfect ground for arbitrary decisions. Its not black and white, by those defaults seems accurate.

Not to undermine your point, but you have used the worst possible example. In the top 1000 of worst prisons around the world, most if not all of them are not private. Just take a look a Brazil prison system as en example.
