Very little if any actually biologically relevant results were obtained using super resolution methods. Happy to be corrected with high impact citations of original biology.

I wouldn't trust any of them sure. At the least the 500 disorder panel is not by itself completely dangerous to your kin though - you can't map that via genealogy. Agree it's still dangerous. Honestly I'm not sure what I

Maybe, but not sure how practically useful this new method is. If any other lab published this they'd get nowhere near a journal like Cell.

For another fascinating but mostly useless technique if you mean. Sincerely, someone who wasted a few years trying to get STORM to work and give anything biologically useful.

I'm happy that this found a dangerous mutation in your family and saved lives but what's at stake is unfortunately much larger and not worth the risk for most people IMO. You are risking the publication of the genetic makeup and v

Too many teams I know still log into the database to migrate manually for many SaaS apps and the most well intentioned apps still have unexpected downtime so I don't see how a minute of scheduled downtime at 3 am can be a bad thing!

Thanks a lot, this is roughly the path I was also hoping to take and happy to hear it's not unfounded. I am planning on a python backend though which does both add more documentation in some ways but adds performance issues in others.

Why should it be a db per user though? All we have to do is ensure we have a single machine doing all the db writes, which might not be a terrible idea for simple apps..

This is kinda misleading though. If you say no to everything then you literally won’t do anything. That can’t make you money unless you’re a trust fund kid. So obviously you have to say yes to some thing (s). The true essence of the message

The real question is if you’ll miss that feature. It’s one of the most useless things they added to the watch just because they had nothing else they could. This and the wash your hands reminder lol.

This is not very different from telling a depressed person to just cheer up and go for a walk imo. No one told Watterson to love cartooning and hate “work” the way he says it with disdain. He was just born that way. And he also turned out t

As someone who chose NyC over SF to start my tech carrier myself, it looks like it would have been much better if I had gone to SF (from how my colleagues did). NYC was my dream city so I don’t regret it but SF is leagues ahead in terms of

SF is a fairly tricky place to drive. I mean it’s no Boston but it’s no mean feat. Nevertheless I do believe it might be easier to deploy self driving cars in more “feral” places where anything goes as traffic rules go. In those places, wha
