From the same link... > The Emsland test facility was the only Transrapid track in Germany.[citation needed] It has been deactivated, and is scheduled to be disassembled.

This does not answer the question. I think people here know how equations work. But what's the "x" in the article?

Yes, I thought so. Isn't that unnecessary overhead? I think this disqualifies Spanish and other languages like it.

I have never felt the need to explicitly lookup history since I switched to fish shell. It has very good command completion (from history).

The distinction in ALGOL, Pascal etc. is useless. But if you change your definitions such that expressions always evaluate to a single value and do not have any side effects while statements produce some kind of side effect (and may or may

> fewer shading units This is incorrect. NVIDIA uses a unified graphics and compute engine. A CUDA core is a shading unit. These datacenter GPUs have a shit ton of these (CUDA cores). Edit: actually the point I want to make is the A100

There are AI / datacenter focused GPUs (like the A100, H100 etc.). They do not have any graphics rendering circuitry.

The last time I asked this I was given many reasons but the reason that stuck with me is (paraphrasing): "it is a complete system small enough to be understood by a single person".
