- fancyfredbot 3y agoI don't think ARM could realistically prevent India from manufacturing the CPU, so the architecture probably isn't a barrier to independence. However the 5nm finfet node probably is. The article didn't make it clear but I'm not sure any fab in India can manufacture that kind of thing.
