Running improved my sleep quality dramatically. Now the problem is, that if I take a day off running, my sleeping suffers. Curious if people that do weight lifting (which I'm considering) get great sleeps? Maybe I can alternate between

I don't know if this is true, but my cardiologist said that everyone who trains hard for a marathon has some level of heart damage from the excessive training. This sounds extreme to me, but I was in to see him for some AFIB episodes t

Except you can ONLY use steam for heating and transporting it over distance is not efficient. If you turn steam into electricity you can use it for ANYTHING and transport it over long distances efficiently.

Most rat lung cases in Hawaii are on the Big Island. Not sure why this is but worth noting if you are traveling. Beware of raw produce at farmers markets and from small organic grocery stores.

There seems to be a ton of benefits to doing all kinds of blood work - from vitamin deficiencies, hormonal changes, cancer signs, etc. Our system is very reactionary in that we order all these tests AFTER we get sick. Why is there not a mor

Then why couldn't they make that work for this damn? I'm assuming there must be other motivating factors for removing the damn.

I'm surprised we could never engineer a proper salmon "elevator" to bypass the damn. Given the price of removing the damn, there seems to be a huge budget for creating some sort of high-tech Robo-elevator to scoop the fish ou

The tolerance on many doors is such that even with a slight amount of damage, they are "physically" unable to open. The latch mechanism can get "jammed". Per the NTSB, they recommend that all electronic locks disengage i
