Turbo C. I liked how it came with support libraries to develop programs with audio, graphics and normal text. It is really what got me into game programming. It was a much simpler world. No analysis paralysis about what which game ask to us

The article uses nano throughout. Is nano a popularly used editor? I have not seen anyone around using nano. I see vim, atom, sublime, vs code but never nano. Just curious if nano is popular. If nano is popular what are its pros and cons?

Why is common lisp ugly? Many people here suggested common lisp. I was considering it. I like to learn for fun but I am looking for something practical. I will want to build some useful apps in the end with it.

Wonderfully written article. I like how it draws the distinction between Docker still possibly surviving in dev and ci/cd pipelines and Docker definitely being dead in production. I wonder though if something simpler than Docker would
