- sundarurfriend 6y agoPlease do not downvote questions like this (the comment is faded out as I'm writing this). It's a genuine question from a new user, possibly a non-native English speaker, trying to understand someone's comment.

- DerSaidin 6y agoI think the intent is: the previous discussions were some time ago and may be out of date, so those links may not be relevant.
- Leherenn 6y agoProbably more outdated than irrelevant.
- mkl 6y ago"That" refers to the previous discussion just mentioned, and "now" confirms it by contrasting with 1 or 3.5 years ago. The point is that it is possible some of the criticisms and problems discussed back then could have been fixed since then (though I don't know, hence "may").
