When I was a sysadmin it was definitely harder. Devops gives the benefit of cows instead of pets, and a ton of reusable work. So I get why it's more 'valuable' from a remuneration basis.

I've found this happening with Expert mode, especially when just using a chatting style prompt. For example: https://www.phind.com/search?cache=f017634d-e354-4795-ae6e-d... I've had similar when thanking Phind aft

You're using the kind of searches Google has trained you to do, rather than LLM prompts. Do these actually work in ChatGPT?

I'm old enough to remember when people did this for the joy of teaching and sharing knowledge, not branding and click rate.

LLMs are notoriously bad at puzzle solving and you gave it a prompt that was very sparse on details. What did you expect?

Feedback: I tend to say thank you after an interaction with LLMs. Your model doesn't really understand what I'm asking and gives me more and more troubleshooting data, whereas the expected behavior would be a "you're wel

I'm quite fond of suggesting to them they just play a track of pops and hiss quietly over the digital recording to get the same effect.

So... they weren't even slavers, they just bought cotton? This is like California trying to pay reparations. A state where slavery was never legal, taxing people who never owned slaves to give money to people who were never slaves.

I'd like to start writing something based on GPT to build web scrapers, probably on top of Colly and Gorm. Is there a good resource for learning how to feed external data into GPT?

I remember the UI having made about as much sense as v1 of the Azure UI. I wouldn't have called it better than Facebook of the time in any way. Well, it was more colorful I suppose.

So are most account managers, their paired SAs and escalations into product teams. Hell I got a sit down with the engineers in Amazon Go (the walk out of the shops and pay automatically thing) because I was curious. As a consulting partner!

That isn't a factor of the artificial scarcity however, that's a factor of the teaching standards. In Australia we have a very limited number of surgical training positions each year. We could do plenty more, but we don't...

I haven't used your scraper, I worked with scrapy. I found debugging as well as command and control to be challenging. Colly was a big step up. For reference I am primarily a Golang programmer so I find weakly typed tools frustrating.

EdgeDB works really well for relational queries, it's a graph native query language that renders into Postgresql. Check it out: https://www.edgedb.com/

I think a key driver of this is not having to use SQL. I like DynamoDB and EdgeDB because I can use a more modern and reasonable language to interact with the database.

If you invest time in improving your skill at prompt engineering you’ll find it quite worthwhile. And yes, often I do follow up google searches for some things - but it has already saved me days of research time compared to Google
