I'm using it for that, I have database of all my friends and family. You can use memory palaces for everything. Just remember that you need to use spaced repetition as with every other thing you want to know forever.

Memory palaces are not some magic thing which store images permanently in your head. You need to use spaced repetition with them if you want to achieve that effect. I can easily use the same palace/journey to store one list after anoth
