I'm coining a new term: "gas-ware" New technology appearing in advanced electric vehicles. Much like 'gaslighting', a clever huckster keeps saying, its 'coming soon', and 'its has ___-capacity'.

Its time the EV people made a friend with the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) people. Go on joint shopping trips, and carpool to work. I'm sure that if there was a strict oil embargo, the favor would be returned.

This Sparks Nevada presentation suggested that the Tesla mega-packs would play a role in delivering 1 MW in charging capacity (4X the rates of the newest Tesla cars). The older (Austin?) introductory presentation (2017-2018) of the semi spo

The 'peso guy' is just one of a long line of completely avoidable lawsuits. Deliberately offending to the point of drawing legal fire, attacking the weak or vulnerable, is not a good look.

The good news: the more dumb decisions he makes for Twitter, the fewer dumb decisions he makes for Tesla (assuming that he has cut his decision-rate at Tesla in half).

Twitter has to survive. It is one of the few places that I can complain about Tesla code, documentation, user interface and poor service... well aside from YC news.

Is it just me, or doesn't this violate conflict of interest rules concerning loyalty owed to the company that a CEO (or Technoking) works for? Is TSLA at risk for a rogue CEO in the same way that META is?

For an average 45 mile day, only about 10-15 kWh of charging is required. The rate of growth of EVs in a grid is so small, that even if it were to increase 10-fold, most grids would accommodate them with currently planned expansions.
