I have a horrible snoring issue and I have some problems with burnout, "brain fog", and inability to stay focused. I have a snorelab score in the 50s and my wife kicked me out of our bedroom since she can't sleep. I did a tak

Isn't kombucha way less than "moderate to heavy alcohol consumption"? Besides, small amounts of alcohol form naturally from stuff fermenting in your gut. To be honest, I would be more concerned about my tooth enamel degrading

> Switching back and forth between apps resets their state. That’s particularly annoying trying to decide if I should change trains at the next station and switch between the train ticket app and Google Maps. This really drives me nuts.

Oh yes, you're right. I think the most common one on Wikimedia Commons is CC BY-SA 4.0.

It is my opinion that the people who are active in voting tend to be the same group of people from many years ago, and some of them have a narrow view. Also, the most prolific photographers tend to focus on certain types of photos, leading

I love Wikimedia Commons and have uploaded many photos across the years. But it is a pity that the Featured Picture Candidate process is almost entirely run by a cabal of people who have been there for years and have a rather narrow view of

CC0 is nice but why not CC 4.0 license? It still lets people use it for commercial use but has attribution. That way people can't sell the photo and claim it as their own, for example.

I, for one, love the look of this car and it's awesome to see BMW go back to the classical shape instead of their current "big nostril" design.

Letting the wheel slide through your hand like that doesn't apply a torque, so you will get nagged and you will have to jiggle the wheel once in a while. By resting your hand on the corner of the yoke, it has just enough torque to keep

The yoke is very comfortable to rest your hand on while FSD is enabled, doesn't obscure the instrument cluster display, and you get used to it immediately. Like the old saying goes, don't knock it till you've tried it.

For something high quality, I have heard great things about the Kowa Prominar 500mm f/5.6 FL, which can either be used as a spotting scope or mounted to a camera as a lens. Apparently, the image quality is amazing, but then again it is

Hmm, the binoculars cost $800. For that amount, you could buy a budget APS-C or micro four thirds body with IBIS and pair it with a vintage telephoto prime if you wanted to do some image-stabilized photography. Obviously, this combo would b

I was surprised regarding the 1920x1080 screen. I have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 6 from 2018 running linux, and it has a 2560x1440 screen with 500 nits of brightness. For what it's worth, the Gen 10 has an optional 2240x1400 screen, but

I don't think it's a Fresnel lens. Fresnel lenses have rather obvious rings and have poor optical qualities for most applications besides light sources, cheap slide projectors, and magnifying glasses. Here, the "lens-within-a

The Model Y build quality is really good nowadays. And Tesla cars have great performance and ace all the safety tests. So they are still good cars that are undeserving of all the hate.

The cab forward design that OP prefers is so much more sensible and practical than the "standard" cab design that's so common in the US. The Tesla Semi is more aerodynamic than its peers though. I wonder how you can improve t

Maybe you haven't seen the newer cars like the Zeekr 001 which is amazing (Zeekr is one of Geely's sub brands). Nio ET5, Xpeng P5, BYD Seal, are also very attractive cars aimed squarely at Tesla.
