I graduated from this and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you don't have a computer science or EE background, it completely de-mystifies the fundamentals of your machine in a deeply engaging way.

Exporting raw genetic data is conveniently "temporarily unavailable" at the time time this bullshit is happening, which is something I'm almost certain discovery would prove is an intentional choice by them.

The tone of this is so different from the factual content it was really hard to read. Like a story about a machine that crushed your hand, and you wrote note to yourself that next time it would have crushed it faster had you sharpened the g

Widely rationalized as the government has finite resources, so there's a better deterrence effect of going after prominent entities and persons vs. randomly selecting bad actors. IMO this is good. The biggest and most elite among us s

Unsure what you mean by "cultural references", but rainbows and gradients tend to be the best means to visually answer the question: "What range of colors can these LEDs I'm selling display."

I'm wildly curious if you know more about this particular point in time, but knowing Vg of your plane and being able to perform (and know when to perform) a forward slip to land is something most pilots today learn before they ever fly

Flying into meaning literally inside. You can fly among them in VFR assuming you meet minimums for the airspace (3SM visibility, 1000 above, 500 below, 2000 to the side in most areas of the USA). I have only been in actual instrument condit

The "fun" part about cases like this is that we don't really know what the contours of the law are as applied to training data like this. Illegally downloading a book is an independent act of infringement (to my recollection

Plausible is literally the standard to clear a motion to dismiss. Plausible gets you discovery. Discovery gets you closer to the what the actual facts are.

No. Fair use is an affirmative defense to infringement. If they admit to infringement or in the alternative want to argue fair use, the burden is on OpenAI to demonstrate their use falls within the relevant standard for fair use.

Just FYI you can easily cook a room temp chicken breast or thigh (or lots of them) 4 minutes a side directly below a broiler on a broiler pan, letting them rest covered for 5 afterwards. Add a minute for the genetic freak 2+ inch thick ones
