It actually is a hack in a sense. It's a social engineering attack, for fun.

Thanks for the reply. If you don't mind one quick last question - can I ask which books you used? The only half-decent one I've found is Clojure In Action.

Interesting read! Since you seem to have moved a whole java team to being a clojure team, could you tell us how that went? Particularly interested in: - developer acceptance (unless they were already all clojure guys?) - training materials

Agree RoboVM is awesome. I literally just opened my app up on a Mac, right click, run on simulator and it worked. Amazing!

Wow that sounds great! Could you maybe provide some examples of how you did that? It might be really useful...

Because I also believe that one of the most important aspects of school is learning about social interaction.

I have a young daughter and have come to the same conclusion; not to teach her too much before she starts school. My own parents, being teachers themselves, taught me as much as they could before I attended school. I remember being bored se

You might want to just learn tablature for the time being, unless you're thinking of doing classical guitar. Not to say don't read them of course; you can read what you like, just that tab is what you'll be using I would ha

Can't believe this didn't get more attention on HN. I only just found out yesterday evening, searched HN and found this, with 5 points and NO comments.

This makes it sound like you are really only thinking about specific partners at the moment then? So it's not yet for the masses? Like - I'm not really going to be using this in my next Android / IPhone app any time soon.

Could you describe a potential "wow" app, and how you would use the combination of services to achieve it? To get me salivating for more?

It seems that to get a true "wow" moment out of this, you would need to use the services in combination, but there is no demo of this. Each demo looks like nothing more than a database search of the training data - no super amazin

It does say "it's free!" but are you planning to charge for different plans or something at some point? I'm naturally reluctant to sign up for something where it's not totally clear what the price is, and I'm s

Hating on "marketing people" isn't just an HN thing, I think. I'm fairly sure most people hate marketers, particularly because it's their job to try and part you from your money. In fact, on HN we are probably more
