No, it is not just “being treated”, although learning some techniques to control anxiety has helped me a lot (meditation, in my case). Just “know thyself”, and realizing that your struggles have a root different from “laziness” helps with s

You need to be careful with those arguments because you can fall into the trap of "think of the children" for everything. As an example, I doubt any of us would appreciate any novelist of not focusing on saving children more than

On one hand, it is an example of the total-order mentality which impregnates society, and businesses in general: “there exists a single optimum”. That is wrong on so many levels, especially with regards to charities. ETA: the real world has

Think of the children. You want the police to solve crimes, right? If you are against this it is because you have something to hide. Also it is more than possible that those politicians do not agree with that Convention.

Yes. Actually, a more interesting example which does not complicate the statement (not the problem) too much is to check for nested parenthesis and brackets: (([[()])) -> ok ((([](])) -> not ok Hope OP gets this message.

You are right, but I was referring to the fact that their ideas are not necessarily the best ones. Edit: because they were too optimistic, they left the security problems behind. Same with this kind of problem.

Mmmmhhhhh… There is the problem of the middleman (the telcos): you are using them for communication. I guess if the USPS/Fedex knew for a fact (such as your website request) that you were communicating CP, the. they should do something

You are right but the author's first claim jumped to my eyes (I practice geometry) and burned them... The author seems to be just plotting the values of the implicit function y-f(x,y)... So, good for him but some historical perspective

It has failed me several times already, drawing at most an octagon or a 12-gon: I mean create an image, not a program to do it.

Yes, before playing football, children just mess around with a ball. The thing is to end up using the ball properly, not to play as Messi.

A very simplified version is: you need all the matrix to compute a matrix x vector operation, even if the vector is mostly zeroes. Edit: obviously my simplification is wrong but if you add up compression, etc… you get an idea .
