I really cannot understand why software updates to car are not required to be made in the dealership after a statement from the owner that he wants it done if it is not mandatory. Yes, it is a hassle but at least if you have a working car,

Yes, the notation seems wrong but it is because O(...) is a set, not a function. The functions is what goes inside. So it should be f€O(...) instead of f=... (don't know how to write the "belongs" symbol on iOS).
