I think this looks nice and clean, and works well on my iPhone. Thank you for opening up your source code. One note: I randomly receive “Internal Server Error” messages and it would be nice if my last prompt was stored when this happens. If

As someone who has the bad habit of lying in bed at night with my laptop on my chest and my hands tucked into the sheets reading and watching things, I think this is great!

How do you know when to change the oil on a car like this? Is there a separate odometer that keeps track of how many miles are on the ICE? It seems possible you may never use the ICE, at least in our case, so how do you know how to maintain

I like this idea. On the website you say, “Discover the cutting-edge advancements in AI before anyone else.” How are you accessing this information before it is public? Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying here?

Does caring about the quality actually mean the quality is good? Maybe it doesn’t even matter. If the team cares and they are satisfied with what the quality of what they are building, maybe that’s enough?

Did you live out in the wilderness that whole time or travel around out of a backpack? The two are obviously very different so am curious your experience. I have had friends who have backpacked along the PCT, CDT, AT, etc. and they all retu

Are we seeing different sites when you click on the link? Because that is literally all the landing page says. This tiny site uses the Screen Wake Lock API to prevent your device from sleeping. Where this API isn't supported,

I've been looking for something educational and introductory about like this for a while. Appreciate you folks at Mux putting this together.

This just seems like a wholly childish comment. White and straight seem like good descriptions for teeth. Why do you feel outraged by the conversation around improving technology to be more inclusive?

Okay, thanks. Just got a chance to look it up and indeed, beginning with the Apple A9 processor, there are H.264 and H.265 hardware decoders.

by pdxandi 6y ago
Just realized they were taking about encoding anyway. I’m not sure if that’s usually performed on the same chipset. I don’t know if iPhones have a dedicated chipset for H264, I would be a bit surprised. I could probably look it up later.
58.
by pdxandi 6y ago
Could that be in part because newer iPhones perform H264 decoding on the GPU?
