Looks like the new feature should help... To be fair, they were all like that even before Figma, including Sketch. But Figma doesn't allow you to link an artboard from one page to a one on different page, so it didn't allow design

One of the lead designers on my team called Figma "production tool" when I rolled it out to the org a few years ago (and replaced Sketch) She eventually came around, but these latest features may push her over the edge. I kind of

Yup, I meant to say there are more engineers than designers. Figma was great because we didn't have to worry about seat count cost for engineers.

"how would this impact them? just use figma as usual i would assume" Since designers share files, whether at the same time, or at later date, if you have someone on the team who is fully taking advantage of all the features, like

I ran a design team, and many really struggled with Sketch -> Figma transition, and took a long time. I welcome many of the new features. It's great for designers who are more technically oriented, though enterable input fields wou

I hate to say it, but I feel quality of Google Map's direction actually has gone done in recent years, even though I haven't changed any preferences. It will put me through some ridiculous routes or lead me to incorrect destinatio

I know most industries want to hire people from the same industry, but based on my experience, finance seems to be the most closed minded (or least flexible in terms of at least entertaining initial phone screening)

They don't create many new ones anymore. They're just to big (and expensive) to be doing mass incubation. It's much more cost effective for them to simply buy-up and buy-out others.
