One issue here is that the main author has very limited resources. Thus can only support a small amount of code. Your Pull Request makes the project larger and it needs to be maintained - so making the load on the original author larger. If

Even worse is that POSIX forces this to be used. Using a non POSIX shell is much easier to write (e.g. fish xonsh - and possibly Powershell or rash but I have not used the last two) sh and derivatives are difficult for me to follow the synt

I have been using vertical tabs since the mid 90s - OmniWeb on NeXT then OSX. Unfortunately that stopped being usable in the late 200s then I used Firefox extension TreeStyleTabs - I did not know that Mozilla did vertical tabs. Chrome also

And that laser one is the one that there is an issue with. In the UK my doctors and NHS notes say there is no evidence that this works. The removal of the vitreous humour does work but the doctors at Moorfields, the top UK eye hospital, do

Yes if floaters increase or change agree go to hospital or optometrist immediately. As for asking for the name it is that which helps to see that we talk about the same thing without that it is impossible to know what you are talking about.

Not exactly - you can lose focus without a problem Recently 1Password has change on IOS (and I assume Android) to ask every two weeks for the password even if you use FaceId/TouchId - it says so on the app. This is probably what the po

I would probably still be on Apple mail and use its generated email aliases except it went through a stage of not dealing with various back bounce spam so I switched to fastmail and have had no issues. Either now is probably a good choice.

I think that this is really what Elements are selling the alternative versions of languages - not just Swift and Pascal but Java C# and VB.Net - and the ecosystem to go with them on all major non free platforms (ie not Linux or BSD)

All the ones I talk to say there is no way to fix floaters. Thus a link to the process would be useful - even if searching for reviews of that process would show it does not work.

Well that would depend on what the written specification of that id is. Is it the id of the appointment at that time or is it the id for the appoint meant. Seems like the originator chose the latter and the others the former.

Add 1984 to that list of dates. We used PVCS on MSDOS By 1994 I had moved to other companies and a NeXT equivalent to svn with a good GUI - and then ClearCase.

Rubbish. Suppose your salary is X and the level that 32% starts is M You get taxed on your first $X earnings at the lower rates. Then only the amount above the 32% mark ie X-M is taken at 32%. Thus everyone in the 32% band gets more money t

When is leaded gasoline good in any volume? I would also ask that about hfcs - I am in the UK so we don't get very much of this at all, surely pure sugar is better all round. Tobacco is also doubtful.

Depending on your usage it is not necessarily less optimal either. You never need to walk the string to find the \0 byte. e.g. for strlen. For short strings no heap memory needs to be allocated or deallocated.

Yes although given current user behaviour and expectations I doubt they would make enough money to continue. If even a Microsoft Executive is saying that anything on the web can be freely copied then what does a normal user think.
