Then enforce the law. Making the regulation and letting people halfway get around it and not holding them accountable just made things worse for everyone

People should not have strong opinions on things they know nothing about. Extra scrutiny on people who insist they know a lot, and everyone else knows little. I’m sure you’re the exception here

You just make all the dependencies open source at the time the rest of it becomes open source, then you can keep the updates in-house and the community can update the dependencies if necessary and willing

I like how this is basically scientists arguing about tier lists. The stats tell the story but people just love to rank things.

As someone who lives in the Outer Banks I'd much prefer a random person (our state is 50/50) than the gerrymandered bullshit we deal with now. It doesn't help that the local pool business guy (true story) is our representativ

I guess the fact that I can’t tell if this comment is serious can count as a point towards my autism diagnosis.

Yeah but if you sell them something and they click “buy” or “purchase” and not “rent” and then you revoke the license years later you’re the thief, not the person downloading what they purchased on utorrent.

Whats your solution to meth addicted mothers? Lock them away in prison for their entire life so they can't reproduce? Or let them live but without being able to bring more meth addicted babies into the world

After looking up the specific definition of eugenics I don’t really agree with the concept of perfecting the human race through sterilization. I think that’s an entirely separate issue from sterilizing people who society can seem to not be

I don’t need to reply to all of these comments so I’ll just leave here that eugenics actually makes a lot of sense. The fact that we don’t sterilize people who have babies born that are addicted to meth etc. is mind boggling to me. It’s qui

It is definitely surprising the amount of time/money wasted on people like this that could help people who are in distress through no fault of their own. I said something about the gene pool in an earlier comment. We can't help ev
