As you clearly joined HN during the Pycon incident to minimize the existence of sexism in tech, you'll have to excuse me if I ignore your advice.

The way posters here complained about Google shuttering their free offering I'd think people would shun switching to another free product, but nope! Bunch of whining free riders. Now I understand why Google dumped you.

"What About The Men!" cries a man who takes insult at the idea of a space he isn't welcome. An exception to the rules of society! And his point about all-woman hackathons is kinda refuted by his own banner image. A room full of men with t

I'm not sure Food Wench (servant) is in the same category as Marco Polo (worldwide trader), Dos Equis Guy(most interesting man in the world), and Jesse Pinkman (master cook).

" I clicked the link, but Hacker News is often blocked in the Marshall Islands, so I got a 404. " Is there reason for the blocking? Is it the government censoring content? Or is it simply an island nation has to ration its bandwidth? I ask

I think you underestimate the amount of information google learns from your email. What you bought, where you bought it, how much you paid, which emails result in a sale conversion, who you talk to, services you subscribe to, political affi

This is straight up using sex in an advertisement for a product SoapUI Pro by Smartbear. Slides 27, 28 and 29 are the only approaching anything that could be considered content and even calling them content would be generous.

Treat Gruber like Apple PR and it makes sense. He's seeding the conversation so an upcoming Apple announcement makes sense. Maybe another sub par app release which will be wildly outmatched by the competition, like maps.
